Bonus Potential:

Up to 25% of salary What You’ll Be Doing Oversee plant maintenance and/or operations depending on experience level
Schedule and prioritize maintenance work across multiple shifts
Collaborate closely on diagnostics and equipment performance
Lead maintenance team in preventative and reactive tasks
Learn legacy extrusion equipment and evolve plant process improvements
Ensure seamless shift-to-shift communication and planning
Support quality control and production flow for plant-wide efficiency What You’ll Need to be Considered Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Process Controls, or a related field
PLC diagnostics and control panel wiring experience
Familiarity with Business Central or similar production scheduling software
Hands-on knowledge of legacy industrial equipment
