Direct general operations of the company manufacturing automotive parts, such as EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) coolers, tubes, oil coolers, and ATF (Automatic Transmission Fluid)warmers. Develop and implement long-term business goals and objectives for of automotive parts manufacturing operations. Review financial statements and business activity reports toensure proper allocation of budget, staffing, equipment, and materials in achieving objectives and goals. Coordinate with sales and quality department to review and approve salesstrategies to ensure continued relationship with current clients as well as to identify potential customers to maximize sales profits. Review achievement performance reports and make finaldecisions on personnel activities including hiring, promotion, relocation, and termination of employees, and direct development and implementation of various levels of training programs for employees.
