SUMMARY:

To lead the analytics and provide direction for the Raw Poultryteam to achieve business unit financial objectives regarding costingpricing direction, demand forecasting volume and mix optimization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the executionof key initiatives between Marketing Operations and Sales including newitem commercialization cost optimization strategic business planningcapital projects and ongoing business support. Achieve assignedfinancial volume and mix objectives; develop and communicate cleardefinitive cost and pricing direction optimizing whole bird return.

Engage and align cross functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Achieve customer satisfaction and growth in alignment with the culturaltenets core values of company policies and BGREAT strategies of TysonFoods.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience.

Master s degree preferred.

Experience:

10 years of industry experience.

Computer Skills:

ProficientCommunication Skills:

Able to communicate clearly and effectively.

Special Skills:

Supervisory skills are required.

Required Travel:

approximately 4-11 trips per year.
