Position:

Oversee a 7 day warehouse & distribution network Understanding of different types of logistics (warehousing, final mile delivery and pallet distribution) Manage a structure of employees in warehouse / administrative / driving Responsible for financial performance of the region Develop and launch strategic organizational initiatives Voice of company for day-to-day communication with customers

Requirements:

Proof of Identity and Authorization to Work in the United States Proven track record of managing warehouse, administrative and driver employees Knowledge in managing P&L Experience in implementing new processes in an organization 2 to 3 years of knowledge in dispatch and final mile delivery Knowledge of the tri-state area, specifically CT and MA is a must. Excellent Computer, Verbal, Written and Communication Skills Effective in managing teams Ability to multitask and prioritize in a constant changing environment Ability to work both independently and effectively in a team environment

Oversee drivers and internal staff with day-to-day operations Manage P&L Meet KPI expectations Manage overall schedule of drivers and staff Manage fleet Customer day-to-day point of contact Manage overall operations, including training of new staff Assist in ensuring drivers are following proper SOP’s Assist in resolving delivery issues, or providing solutions to delivery issues

Salary :

$65,000 – $70,000 + bonus structure tied to
