Team Leadership & Operations Management:
Leads a dynamic and expanding team of 4 HR specialists driving excellence in immigration, fleet management, leave administration, and shared services coordination
Leads the transition of activities from HR Business Partners or CoEs to shared service centers, optimizing and streamlining regional processes
Supports the manager self-service initiative providing leadership, guidance and training across the organization
Strategic Initiatives:
Collaborates with diverse stakeholders to lead cross-functional HR projects
Supports development, revision, and standardization of regional HR policies and procedures
Acts as a regional owner of data privacy rules & processes
Supports internal and external audit related activities
HR Governance & Compliance Leadership:
Coordinates regional/local HR Governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, aligning with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements
Supports compliant onboarding processes and employee lifecycle management across the organization
Drives internal compliance initiatives, ensuring HR practices and processes meet regulatory requirements and organizational standards
Manages implementation and enforcement of HR policies and agreements, ensuring terms and conditions compliance

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders
Experience in governance frameworks and risk management
Proven experience in HR, experience with process improvement, project management or collaboration with shared services organizations are assets
Familiarity with leveraging technology to optimize HR processes and enhance operational efficiency is a plus
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

The salary for this role is $120,000.00 – $160,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
