Job Description
District Manager – Dunkin Confidential New London, CT 06320 Summary As a District Manager, you will oversee multiple franchise locations, ensuring operational excellence and driving business growth. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for quality service while fostering a team-oriented culture that thrives on efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and manage the operations of multiple locations to ensure consistency in service and product quality. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and enhance profitability across the district. Monitor financial performance, including profit loss statements, to identify areas for improvement. Foster a positive work environment by training and mentoring store managers and staff. Conduct regular site visits to assess operational standards and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with franchisees to align on business objectives and operational best practices. Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health regulations. Work schedule will include weekends and some holidays Qualifications Proven experience in a managerial role within the quick-service restaurant or retail industry. Strong strategic planning skills with a focus on business development and sales growth. Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams across multiple locations. Demonstrated proficiency in managing profit loss statements and financial performance metrics. Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive process improvements effectively.
