Overview :

We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Operations to lead and optimize day-to-day operations across all divisions company-wide. Reporting to the CEO, this role will be a key member of the senior leadership team, and will focus on enhancing logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, and operational strategy to support company-wide growth, cost efficiency, and performance improvement. The individual will drive cross-functional collaboration, oversee real estate and software initiatives, and lead high-performing teams to execute on key goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing logistics, routing, and inventory to maximize efficiency and service. Leading warehouse operations and real estate planning to support growth. Aligning operations with sales strategy using data-driven insights. Implementing technology solutions to drive scalable operational excellence.

Qualifications:

7 – 10+ years of operations leadership experience, preferably in logistics or distribution. Proven track record in cost reduction, performance improvement, and team leadership. Experience in strategic planning, warehouse optimization, and software implementation. Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
