Inspire Excellence. Drive Results. Brewing Brand Management is seeking an accomplished and strategic Director of Operations to oversee multi-unit operations across the Gainesville region. This critical leadership role requires a results-driven professional with proven expertise in operational excellence, team development, and guest satisfaction. We are looking for a leader who brings energy, focus, and accountability—someone who can inspire teams, optimize performance, and deliver sustained business growth. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and operational oversight across a network of high-performing retail locations. Mentor and develop District Managers and restaurant leadership to achieve performance goals and enhance guest experience. Analyze financial data and manage full P&L responsibility, including labor and food cost controls. Ensure consistent adherence to operational standards including staffing, compliance, safety, and maintenance. Troubleshoot issues related to equipment repair and cleaning, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining health and safety standards. Identify trends and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
Ideal Candidate Profile Required Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of operational leadership in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar environment. At least 3 years of experience managing multi-unit operations with demonstrated success. Comprehensive understanding of P&L management and financial reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with industry-leading brands known for operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and strong cultural values. Proficiency in NCR POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. ServSafe certification.

Physical Demands Frequent travel between multiple restaurant locations within the region is required—often several days per week. Must be able to stand, walk, and move through restaurant and dining areas for extended periods. May need to lift, carry, or move items such as supply boxes or equipment weighing up to 40-50 lbs. Frequent use of hands for writing reports, working on laptops/tablets, or inspecting equipment and restaurant setups. May assist with minor restaurant setups, equipment checks, or restaurant openings. Working Conditions Majority of time is spent in restaurants, not a traditional office environment. Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. May be required to respond to urgent issues outside standard business hours.
