The successful Group Operations Supervisor / Operations team lead / Regional Operations Supervisor will come from a previous supervisor or project management role, with experience in programming, designing and engineering control system hardware either Delta, Alerton or KMC controls.

Regional Operations Supervisor Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for the Construction Operations team. Champion the company’s core values, vision, and long-term operational strategy. Lead efforts in recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top-tier operations talent. Oversee the engineering, startup, commissioning, and closeout of assigned projects. Drive departmental initiatives and ensure continuous improvement. Maintain overall fiscal responsibility across multiple projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate labor planning and resource allocation for the operations group. Conduct quarterly reviews and performance evaluations for direct reports. Regional Operations Supervisor Requirements:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Experience managing cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. Solid understanding of electronics, electrical circuits, and DDC control theory. Proficient in AutoCAD and control system programming. Strong analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience). At least 5 years of experience in the building automation or HVAC controls industry. Proven experience in computer programming related to control systems.
