Operations Manager Confidential Panama City, FL 32401 Job Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all operations within the organizations local area. This role involves developing and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring the safety of personnel and property, and coordinating with law enforcement agencies as necessary. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in law enforcement or military service, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment. Responsibilities Develop and enforce protocols to safeguard company assets and personnel. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities. Oversee the training of staff in areas such as conflict management, first aid, and CPR. Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies during incidents or emergencies. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage. Foster a culture of safety awareness among employees through training programs. Qualifications Proven experience in a management role or related field. Background in law enforcement or military service is preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations regarding operations. This position requires a proactive approach to management, ensuring that all measures are taken to protect the organization from potential threats while fostering a safe environment for all employees.
