We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead daily operations, drive process improvements, and position the company for scalable growth. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across multiple departments.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability. Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve strategic goals and KPIs.
- Mentor and develop department leaders and staff. Manage financial performance, budgets, and P&L accountability.
- Drive technology and process upgrades. Strengthen key customer and vendor relationships.
- Support the company’s long-term growth strategy. Qualifications 5-10 years of operations leadership experience. Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and managing teams. Strong understanding of financial management and performance metrics. Experience in technology, software, or engineering trades industries preferred but not required.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
