Purpose:
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, diverse operations team that drives results and fosters a culture of engagement and accountability.
Drive Operational Excellence:
Champion continuous improvement initiatives across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Culture, and Environment (SQDCCE). Innovate for
Impact:
Lead process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
Strategic Execution:
Collaborate on make-buy decisions, capital investments, and sourcing strategies that align with long-term business goals.
Deliver Results:
Achieve key performance targets, including cost reduction, margin expansion, and manufacturing excellence.
Support Growth:
Contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives including new product development, facility optimization, and global operations strategy.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (required).
Experience:
10+ years in operations or manufacturing leadership, with global exposure preferred.
Certifications:
Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Continuous Improvement certifications (preferred).
Expertise:
Proven success in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, and Quality Systems.
Leadership:
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and drive strategic initiatives.
