We manage a growing portfolio of high-quality, beachside properties and are proud to deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a family-owned and operated business with over 25 years of experience, we’re looking for a hands-on Manager of Operations to help us scale our operations with care and excellence. This is a manager role for someone who enjoys being on the ground, leading teams, and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across our maintenance, laundry & inventory teams Hire, manage and train a team of 15+ repair technicians & laundry team staff. Manage relationships with vendors, and contractors Use KPIs and operational data to track performance and identify improvements Implement and optimize tools, systems, and
SOPs Compensation & Benefits:
$65,000-$75,000 total annual compensation (based on experience and performance). This includes a performance bonus which can be discussed with qualified candidates. Health benefits Paid time off (PTO)
Location:
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Cocoa Beach, FL, but covering operations from Cape Canaveral to Ft. Pierce.This person will be required to work at least 1 day each weekend as well as be on call after hours for emergencies.
