Operations & Customer Success Coordinator FastFenom Basketball Training Rockledge, FL 32955 • Hybrid work FastFenom Basketball Training is growing, and we’re looking for a high-energy, organized team member to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and in front of our amazing players and families. This role is a little bit of everything: operations, customer service, marketing, sales support, and community building. You’ll be the go-to person helping our founder and coaches deliver an elite experience to our athletes and families every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and interact with players and parents at our facility Keep the gym clean, organized, and professional Help with scheduling, signups, and customer communications Track attendance, follow-ups, and feedback Post photos and updates on social media (especially Facebook) Support our local marketing (flyers, partnerships, community outreach) Manage simple admin tasks like payments, waivers, and email replies Coordinate with trainers, assist with events and programs Be an all-around positive presence in the gym and online
What We’re Looking For:
Positive, dependable, and organized Great communicator (in person and online) Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through Comfortable with basic tech (email, Google Sheets, social media, etc.) Must have a genuine passion for sports, working with kids, and personal development/growth Willing to learn fast and do what it takes to help the team win Bonus if you have: Experience in customer service, sales, events, coaching, or admin
