Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the overall budgetary, financial, manpower, and operational functions of the entire site.
Engage and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to ensure operational excellence.
Serve as a key liaison to customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering sustained relationships.
Utilize strong Microsoft Office skills, including MS Project, to streamline processes and deliver results.
Drive performance by overseeing and optimizing site operations with strategic foresight.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role or higher within VIP/business jet operations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on MS Project.
Ability to interact and communicate adeptly at all organizational levels, providing a clear and compelling voice to the customer.
Preferred candidates will be located in Florida and ready for an immediate start.
Willingness to travel to our site in Delaware for initial training and support.
