The AD of Operations ensures compliance with My Wireless Standard Operating Procedures, drives operational excellence, and manages escalations and accountability. This role combines strategic planning, hands-on management, and cross-functional collaboration to support retail locations, mitigate risks, and align operational processes with company objectives
Key Competencies Leadership and Accountability:
Enforce compliance with operational Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness across all locations. Guide market leadership on process adherence and operational improvements.
Operational Expertise:
Proficient in OPUS and DTS systems, with mastery of My Wireless and AT&T procedures. Skilled in loss prevention, escalation management, and operational troubleshooting.
Communication and Collaboration:
Strong interpersonal skills for working with retail teams, market leadership, and HQ. Clear, professional communication in escalation scenarios and HQ/Market Calls.
Problem Solving and Decision Making:
Effectively resolve complex operational and maintenance issues using data analysis. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and provide actionable feedback. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, loss prevention, or process improvement. Advanced knowledge of My Wireless Standard Operating Procedures, AT&T operational standards, and inventory management systems. Proficiency in tools such as OPUS, Intelocate, and budget tracking systems. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
