Job Overview This newly created position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-functional operations environment. You’ll be responsible for coordinating across warehouse, assembly, and project teams—driving both strategic improvement and daily execution. The role requires someone who is just as comfortable in the weeds as they are building the roadmap, with the credibility to gain buy-in from existing team members and the insight to identify what’s missing. You’ll be counted on to enforce performance standards, improve throughput, and drive efficiency—all while helping the business scale sustainably. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Accountability Direct and develop warehouse, assembly, and project coordination teams Set expectations and operational KPIs; lead regular 1:1s and team check-ins Hire, train, and coach direct reports while enforcing performance discipline Champion a culture of accountability, efficiency, and team ownership Warehouse & Inventory Oversight Oversee receiving, staging, and shipping operations through the Warehouse Lead Maintain bin location accuracy, space optimization, and inventory integrity Ensure cleanliness, safety, and best practices are upheld throughout the warehouse Assembly & Manufacturing Collaborate with Assembly Lead on job scheduling and quality output Introduce job travelers, production metrics, and in-line quality control Assist with light assembly tasks during peak demand periods or production bottlenecks Project Fulfillment Partner with the Project Coordinator to manage submittals, delivery timelines, and fulfillment status Interface with Sales and Finance to ensure alignment on project execution Resolve delivery delays and minimize backorders through proactive issue resolution Process & Systems Development Establish SOPs and best practices for warehousing, assembly, and fulfillment Implement KPI dashboards (in Odoo ERP) to monitor and report performance Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and developing scalable solutions What We’re Looking For 5-10 years of operational leadership experience in warehousing, light manufacturing, or logistics Proven track record managing teams with direct reports and cross-functional alignment Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo preferred), inventory control, and fulfillment logistics Hands-on attitude with a willingness to step into operations when necessary High level of personal accountability, follow-through, and clear communication Financial acumen around vendor management and cost optimization Familiarity with project execution and scheduling in a production environment Certifications like Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP are appreciated but not required
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
