YOU HAVE

Real-world leadership experience in healthcare, ideally in home health, hospice, or similar regulated environments A rock-solid understanding of operations, compliance, and quality assurance (Florida AHCA standards a big plus) The ability to develop systems that help teams thrive, not just survive An intuitive sense for managing people—when to support, when to redirect, and when to just listen Excellent multitasking skills and an unshakable sense of responsibility A passion for bringing out the best in others, while holding high standards
