Director of Residences for UHNW Individual in Fort Lauderdale Position Available In Broward, Florida

Our client, an UHNW individual in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is looking to hire a Director of Residences for their properties across multiple luxury private residences. This role is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, but involves oversight of additional properties in New York and Los Angeles, CA. Key Responsibilities (not limited to): Ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning of the residence Deliver world-class hospitality to the Principal, family, and guests. Act as the operational point of contact and maintain frequent updates with the Principal. Coordinate staff priorities, time-off calendars, and seasonal operational plans. Manage travel logistics, property readiness, guest arrivals, and assist in the execution of events in partnership with executive and personal assistants. Collaborate with household managers, personal assistants, and external vendors to ensure seamless alignment across properties. Review vendor contracts and collaborate with legal/financial advisors as needed. Maintain insurance coverage across properties and high-value assets. Implement ongoing training programs to build specialized skills and support staff growth. Act as an ambassador for the Principal with neighbors, vendors, and external partners, always upholding a standard of discretion and professionalism. Manage all systems, staff, vendors, and documents related to home operations, maintenance, technology, construction, and special projects.
