The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security management, law enforcement, or military service, with a proven track record of implementing effective security protocols. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage conflict, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment for all employees and visitors. Responsibilities Enforce and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and property. Oversee the operation of multiple sites. Conduct regular site checks on security officers and audits of security measures to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. Manage a team of security personnel, providing training in areas such as customer service, site procedures, first aid, conflict management. Conduct uniform inspections Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns emergencies or incidents. Respond promptly to security officers or emergencies, coordinating with office manager as needed. Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and security operations for reporting purposes. Check in with clients. Keeping a good relationship between company and community Must be available to find coverage Must be available to coverage shifts, if coverage can not be found. Qualifications Proven experience in a security management role or related field (law enforcement or military experience preferred). Certification in CPR and first aid is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV). Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively. Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams. Ability to work flexible hours as required by the demands of the position. A valid driver’s license is required based on job responsibilities. Professional appearance is required (no locs). Fluency in English and good communication skills are required.
