Summary:

The Director. Operations and Urgent Care will oversee each clinic’s management and service line operations, including auxiliary services (Laboratory, HIM, Care Management, Imaging) production and efficiency. The individual will direct the department’s activities and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the organization.

Education:

Essential:

Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience:

Seven (7) years of leadership experience developing and implementing business development strategies and programs. Experience managing Urgent Care centers and other ambulatory care initiatives required. Visit us online at www.
