This role is a key contributor to our hospitality and marketing efforts, helping deliver exceptional and memorable experiences for our guests. Youll coordinate logistics, manage content, and support guest talent involved in onboard enrichment programs, ensuring seamless execution from pre-planning through post-cruise wrap-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Coordination Work directly with the Senior Director to organize logistics for guest chefs and enrichment speakers. Collect and manage bios, headshots, recipes, and presentation materials for guest talent. Submit procurement requests to internal teams (Purchasing/Operations) 60+ days prior to travel. Oversee travel arrangements and expense reimbursements in collaboration with Guest Operations. Logistics & Execution Coordinate pre-cruise programming details to ensure all materials and plans are delivered to the travel teams on time. Work cross-functionally with Hotel Operations, Corporate Chefs, and Purchasing to finalize logistics. Ensure all necessary collateral is prepared and submitted at least 7 days prior to embarkation. Content Management Maintain and distribute up-to-date marketing and onboard materials, including printed and digital collateral. Proofread and edit guest-facing content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency. Manage internal documents and programming memos to support seamless execution onboard. Project Management Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, tracking deadlines and deliverables. Maintain accurate records of guest talent contracts, content, and program schedules. Support additional marketing and guest experience projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in travel, hotel, cruise, or hospitality. Strong organizational and project management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with digital marketing platforms is a plus. Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
