Dania, FL 33004 Job Summary Sheridan Suites Apartments Hotel seeks a Guest Service Manager. We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. The Guest Service Manager will handle front desk operations, manage guest inquiries, and assist in creating memorable experiences for all visitors. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with guests and other departments. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Assist with night audit procedures as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide recommendations to guests. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Uphold the hotel’s standards of cleanliness and professionalism at all times. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred. Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to manage multiple calls efficiently. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with hospitality management software is advantageous. Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for all visitors. $50,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday Rotating weekends Weekends as needed
