Hospitality:

Ensure Campus is set & ready for church services each weekend. Recruit new volunteers for Host Team. Oversee and maintain Host Team Supplies. Coordinate/Assist with Church Baptism. Promote and exemplify Host Team Culture and Values. Create and implement new procedures to better current operations.

Events:

Demonstrate teamwork by collaborating with interdepartmental teams to drive success and build strong relationships. Manage event preparations, including errands, supply shopping, sourcing materials, and negotiating vendor contracts.

You Have:

Strong leadership skills; including excellent administrative, computer, organizational and office management skills and ability to function with minimum supervision. The ability to be creative and develop new means to solve problems and inspire others to meet the challenges. The gifts of the Holy Spirit, which are evident and flowing daily. Volunteer Discipleship — prayerfully and creatively look for ways to disciple leaders in the church and within the ministry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for relating effectively with staff members, leadership, and church guests. Compassion and empathy for others and is able to win people’s confidence and trust. Good working knowledge of the Scriptures; including experience in providing biblical guidance to others. You will have to work evenings and/or weekends to assist with special events and church services.
