26° Brewing Company is seeking a driven, hands-on Manager to support our General Manager in the day-to-day operations of our brewery and kitchen. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, beer culture, and team development. The Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth front-of-house and back-of-house operations, maintaining exceptional guest experiences, and upholding our company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations across FOH and BOH teams Ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction Supervise and support staff during shifts, addressing issues as they arise Help train, coach, and develop team members in line with our culture and expectations Oversee cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and licensing regulations Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and operational checklists Support the GM in executing events, managing labor costs, and achieving performance goals Communicate effectively across all departments to ensure alignment Step in as acting GM when needed
Qualifications:
5+ years in a supervisory or management role in a hospitality or brewery setting Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Passion for craft beer and guest service Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Familiarity with POS systems (Toast preferred) and basic back-office operations Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
