Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching to team members to promote professional development. Qualifications Proven experience in a cheerleading role, preferably as a Head Coach or similar position. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Demonstrated experience in business development and strategic planning. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
