As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a strong leader to help manage nightly operations and keep the energy high and the systems smooth.

Position Summary:

The Nighttime Manager will oversee the evening and late-night operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing staff, maintaining service standards, and handling on-site decision-making. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires presence, professionalism, and the ability to handle high-energy environments.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support front-of-house staff including servers, bartenders, security, and hosts Ensure all nightly operations run efficiently from open to close Resolve customer complaints or conflicts in a calm, professional manner Oversee reservations, bottle service coordination, and VIP sections Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff Communicate with ownership and report any incidents or operational issues Ensure closing procedures, cashouts, and end-of-night checklists are completed correctly Assist with staffing, scheduling, and team performance reviews as needed

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, nightlife, or restaurant management Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Must be able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced nightlife setting Reliable transportation and consistent availability from 7PM to 4AM Thursday-Sunday Familiarity with POS systems, security protocols, and bottle service operations is a plus Must be professional, assertive, and customer-service focused

Compensation:
