Full-Time Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Coordinator of Operations to oversee concierge teams across multiple residential and/or commercial buildings. This position requires frequent on-site visits to ensure staff compliance with company standards, building procedures, and client expectations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong leadership skills, capable of maintaining consistency, efficiency, and professionalism across all properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine visits to assigned buildings to ensure concierges are present, properly uniformed, and adhering to established procedures and guidelines. Audit daily operations, identify issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Provide ongoing support, guidance, and performance feedback to concierge staff. Ensure each property is aligned with company service standards and client expectations. Serve as the main point of contact between concierge teams and senior management. Assist in training new concierges and reinforcing protocols across sites. Coordinate coverage and support for concierge shifts in case of absences or emergencies. Report operational concerns, incidents, or feedback from clients to upper management. Monitor documentation, logs, and reports at each building for accuracy and compliance. Support the onboarding of new buildings or staff transitions when needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in hospitality, building management, concierge operations, or a related field. Strong knowledge of customer service standards and property-specific procedures. Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple sites efficiently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse teams and clients. Ability to remain professional and composed in fast-paced or high-pressure situations. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel between properties is required). Bilingual is a plus.
