Job Description
Randstad is seeking a highly organized and strategic Operations Manager with a passion for optimizing operations for a growing and thriving organization specializing in education and licenses. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, overseeing the daily activities of both our online educational platform and our bustling bookstore. You’ll manage a dedicated team, identify areas for process improvement, and utilize data to drive efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
salary:
$75,000 – $85,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 5

BachelorsResponsibilities Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Online School Operations:
Oversee online school logistics, including scheduling, enrollment, and support. Collaborate with academic teams to enhance course delivery and the online learning experience.
Bookstore Operations:
Manage all bookstore functions: inventory, purchasing, pricing, and order fulfillment. Coordinate with suppliers and monitor sales trends.
Team Management:
Lead and guide the operations team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Foster a collaborative environment.
Process Improvement & Quality Assurance:
Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes. Ensure compliance and high-quality standards. Address customer feedback to enhance satisfaction.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and report operational data to identify trends, optimize processes, and inform decision-making.
