Position Overview:

The Peach Cobbler Factory is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Franchise Operations to oversee and support our growing network of franchise locations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of multi-unit restaurant management and franchise relations. This position plays a key strategic role in ensuring operational excellence and brand consistency across all units.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and the franchise operations team. Lead, develop, and manage the Franchise Support Team to ensure consistent and high-quality support for franchisees. Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple franchise locations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, operational procedures, and financial goals. Foster strong relationships with franchisees, providing strategic guidance and support to drive unit-level success. Monitor and analyze unit performance, identify operational challenges, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, training, and supply chain to support franchise success. Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Travel frequently as needed to provide on-site support and guidance to franchisees.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant operations is required. Previous experience working directly with franchisees is essential. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills. Must be based in Florida, with a strong preference for South Florida residency. Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
