Full Time Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Manager of Operations to oversee the performance and day-to-day functionality of concierge teams across multiple properties. This leadership role is responsible for supervising operations staff, maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring compliance with procedures, and continuously improving service standards across all locations. The ideal candidate thrives in a mobile, multi-site role and brings strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all concierge operations across assigned properties, ensuring high service standards, professionalism, and efficiency. Lead, coach, and mentor Coordinators and concierge staff, providing guidance, performance evaluations, and corrective action when needed. Develop and implement operational policies, service protocols, and quality control procedures. Conduct regular property audits and site visits to assess performance, appearance, and adherence to company policies. Handle escalated issues from clients, residents, or concierge staff, providing resolution in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with building management teams to ensure alignment on service expectations and building-specific procedures. Manage staffing plans, including hiring, scheduling, and disciplinary actions as needed. Ensure all sites maintain proper documentation (incident reports, shift logs, visitor logs, etc.). Track and analyze performance data to identify trends, address gaps, and implement improvements. Coordinate new building onboarding, site transitions, and special projects.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in hospitality, property operations, or facilities management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing staff across multiple locations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle conflict and mediate issues professionally. High attention to detail, accountability, and ability to enforce standards consistently. Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; this is a mobile position. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

Previous experience working with luxury residential. Comfortable managing a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings/weekends depending on property needs. Strong problem-solving mindset with a client-first attitude.
