This role involves managing field technicians, optimizing logistics, and driving business growth within the franchise territory. This role ensures that services are performed safely & effectively, while executing pest control treatments. Unlimited earning potential for candidates who like to sell. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of field technicians, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, providing training and guidance as needed Collaborate on sales and marketing to identify growth opportunities & customer acquisition strategies. Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Communicate with customers to explain services and address any concerns. Perform mosquito control treatments using backpack sprayers and other equipment. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including maintaining proper pesticide application records. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of necessary supplies and equipment. Oversee fleet maintenance and ensure all vehicles and equipment are in safe working condition. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. Conduct site assessments to identify mosquito breeding grounds and recommend control measures. Maintain accurate records of treatments and chemical usage in accordance with state regulations. Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality. Manage scheduling and route planning to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills. Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record. Florida Pest Control License or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in pest control or a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift equipment weighing up to 65 lbs.
