Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train staff including behavioral health techs, front desk, drivers, and job coaches Oversee daily operations and ensure staff are following all policies and procedures Submit daily census reports to the Finance Director Supervise and support Persons Served Coordinators Plan and coordinate on-site and off-site activities, events, and rewards for clients Hold weekly meetings with staff and clients Manage facility-related tasks such as incident reporting, grievances, and floor supervision Attend community meetings as needed Support continuous improvement as part of the Change Team Complete other tasks as assigned by the
Program Director Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in residential care, substance abuse services, or behavioral health strongly preferred Previous supervisory experience a plus Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with diverse populations Flexible schedule and ability to be on your feet for extended periods
