  • Bridge Crew serves in a leadership capacity, overseeing the field operations of bridge and highway maintenance projects.

This hands-on role works directly with the field teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, with the highest quality, and in accordance with client and company standards. The role includes supervising bridge crews, managing multiple field operations, and performing quality assurance. Key Responsibilities Supervise bridge crew operations and ensure timely completion of maintenance projects. Coordinate and distribute work to crews while managing resources effectively. Travel as needed to project sites across Florida, occasionally out of state (CO/TX/GA/VA). Plan weekly production goals, maintain inventory, and manage materials for multiple projects. Act as the primary point of contact when the Project Manager is unavailable. Conduct quality inspections and ensure all work meets company and client standards. Train, coach, and provide resources for field staff to complete tasks effectively. Ensure proper documentation of daily work reports, including photos, materials, and equipment details. Operate company-owned vehicles safely, including SUVs and up to ¾-ton pickup trucks. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a secure job site to eliminate hazards. Additional Responsibilities Schedule training and development for field staff. Perform routine maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment. Collaborate with Project Managers, Regional Managers, and local teams to address challenges. Show initiative and complete tasks independently when needed. Qualifications Associate degree or 2-5 years of advanced highway, bridge, or construction experience. Proven experience as a Crew Leader or Supervisor in a similar field. Bridge maintenance experience is required; highway maintenance and guardrail experience preferred. Bilingual candidates (English & Spanish) are highly preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams. Proficiency in technology for reporting and project tracking (e.g., smartphones, applications). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work safely in diverse weather conditions, and travel extensively as required. Work Schedule Work schedules will vary based on workload, client requests, and emergencies. Flexibility is required, including participation in on-call activities.

Salary & Benefits Pay :

$70,000
