Position Summary As SVP, Head of Collections Strategy and Analytics, you’ll lead the full strategy and operations of SAFCO’s collections, recovery, and customer service functions. You’ll apply advanced data analytics and contact center technology to optimize performance, improve customer engagement, and manage risk. This role balances visionary leadership with operational precision, guiding teams, technology, and processes to deliver measurable outcomes across servicing and collections. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic and operational performance of Collections, Recovery, and Customer Service teams Oversee contact center analytics, dialer strategy, and workforce planning to maximize resolution and service quality Use data science and predictive modeling to inform collections treatment paths, customer segmentation, and credit risk Manage daily operations, team performance, KPIs, and SLAs across servicing functions Collaborate with Risk Management and Originations to align credit risk modeling with portfolio performance Drive continuous improvement, automation, and technology rollout across servicing systems and third party providers Ensure regulatory compliance and customer-centric service in all collections strategies Develop and grow high-performing teams and an accountability-driven culture What You Bring 10-15 years of progressive leadership in collections, lending, or financial services Deep expertise in data analysis, predictive modeling, and credit risk strategy Proven experience using technology and AI to drive business results in operations or servicing Strong background in contact center/call center leadership, analytics, and optimization Operational leadership of large, high-volume service organizations Proficiency in SQL, analytics platforms, and financial systems Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced training in analytics, business, or finance preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Why Join SAFCO?
