About the Role This role is responsible for the growth and management of the Digital Field Service team within our company. The Digital Field Service team provides industrial cooling installation, commissioning, and client operations support for datacenter, semiconductor, electric vehicle, and other advanced manufacturing applications. By providing world-class customer experience, this role develops long-term service value in the form of services agreements, spare parts, after-market services, and upgrades to existing facilities. This position is responsible for identifying and supporting the development of new service opportunities while efficiently executing existing service commitments. Responsibilities Provide the Vision, Goals, Objectives and Strategy that will guide the team and ensure they are aligned with company values and priorities. Grow, organize and maintain an elite team of field service professionals, providing a customer experience second to none. Operate with absolute integrity, building value with all customers and operators. Develop trusting, long-term relationships with clients and GC’s through exceptional customer service and execution. Excellent client relation skills, an understanding of business management, and strong motivational and leadership skills. Identify and train successor to assume operational management responsibilities as digital service demand increases (This enables further growth within the organization). Oversee all levels of installation and commissioning support activities across various Stellar Energy programs. Maintain project budgets for on-going service commitments. Manage cost in a way that balances proper execution with market competitiveness. Develop clear scope definition and proposals as needed for additional service scope. Strategic planning, budgeting, growth planning, scaling. Build a Safety First culture to ensure compliance with all known safety standards and programs. Interface with client, GC and internal senior leadership. Approve service models, escalations, talent development. Lead integration of field data into company-wide insight. Ensure the quality of the work in the field meets SEA standards. Develop and monitor KPIs related to uptime, service response time, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction. Lead change management initiatives and implement scalable processes as the Digital Services business expands. Qualifications Minimum of five (8) years of experience supporting field installation and commissioning and/or field services. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management. Minimum of three (5) years’ supervisory experience with background in the design, construction, and/or maintenance of chilled water systems. Required Skills Customer Service oriented. Preferred Skills Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical preferred), construction management or equivalent. Hours and Travel This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position regularly requires long hours and weekend work. Some projects may require out-of-state, out-of-country, and overnight travel up to 30%.
