Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day business operations and drive cross-functional alignment across product development, customer support, deployment, logistics, and internal systems. This leadership role is critical in scaling our operational capabilities to meet growing customer demand while maintaining a high standard of excellence, speed, and innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead and optimize operational functions including project delivery, hardware deployment, supply chain, technical support, and internal IT systems. Build and manage cross-functional processes to improve coordination between engineering, customer success, product, and sales teams. Drive operational efficiency using data and KPIs; implement process improvements and automation wherever possible. Manage vendor relationships, procurement timelines, inventory tracking, and hardware deployment logistics. Oversee compliance and security protocols related to hardware and software installations. Partner with the CTO and Product team to streamline build, QA, and rollout processes. Own budget planning and resource allocation for operational departments. Hire, lead, and mentor high-performing teams across multiple departments. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO on all operational matters. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a tech startup or security/hardware/software company. Must have experience managing fulfillment operations and coordinating complex enterprise installations. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and scaling operations in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of supply chain, hardware logistics, customer deployment processes, and internal IT infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Experience working with tools like Jira, Asana, Salesforce, and ERP systems. Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC 2, NIST, or similar is a plus. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Compensation Base Salary:

$100,000 – $125,000 (commensurate with experience)
