We’re hiring a Head of Retail to lead and scale our physical retail presence. This is a hands-on, results-focused role for someone who thrives on ownership and execution, knows how to close deals and get the job done, this is your seat at the table. What You’ll Be Responsible For You’ll be responsible for getting our products into stores and keeping them there
- while growing our retail footprint and driving velocity. You will own bringing Atlas Brands to store shelves, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring we develop new accounts and move products. Core Responsibilities
- New Account Growth and Expansion
- Identify and pursue new retail opportunities; moving quickly to build and establish relationships and accounts. You’re always hunting and have more leads than time
- Retail Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with national and regional retail accounts. Get products on shelves, keep them there, and grow the footprint
- Performance Tracking
- Monitor sell-through, pricing, and promotions using retailer portals and syndicated data. Share weekly wins, losses, and next steps
- Sales Execution
- Create sell-in decks, schedule and lead buyer meetings, negotiate terms, and close. You’ve done this before, and you know what it takes to win and close the deal
- Promotions & Merchandising
- Execute in-store promotions, planograms, and seasonal deal calendars that drive velocity and brand visibility
- Retailer Compliance
- Oversee item setup, chargebacks, retailer compliance and promotion execution. No details fall through the cracks What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in retail sales, account management, or CPG operations with proven results
- A track record of securing new accounts, managing sell-in and sell-through, and growing revenue
- Experience working with buyers, brokers and distributors
- A strong attention to detail and the drive to follow through

- A data-savvy approach using POS data, portals and spreadsheets to inform your moves
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced, lean environment
