Express Lube Manager Confidential Jacksonville, FL 32225 Summary We are seeking a Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations at one of our car care centers, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be key in driving sales and maintaining quality. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations of the oil change center to ensure efficiency and quality service. Train, mentor, and supervise staff to promote a positive work environment and enhance team performance. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain operational flow. Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and improve customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in all operations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive or retail industry. Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving targets. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
