You’ll turn ideas into action, drive internal ops, and ensure our systems, team, and client delivery are humming like a machine. Core Responsibilities:
Run the business day-to-day: Own weekly KPIs, manage priorities, and ensure operational execution across client delivery and internal systems Project manage new implementations: Work with the founder and contractors to launch new automations, dashboards, features, and SOPs Systemize and improve processes: Audit and improve onboarding, client fulfillment, support, and delivery processes
Client Success Oversight:
Own client satisfaction, reduce churn, and proactively improve onboarding, support, and delivery experience
Team Management:
Lead internal and external team members (tech support, VAs, GHL specialists, etc.)
Platform Growth:
Ideate and test new service offerings, upsells, or automations to help clients close more deals Serve as the “filter” for the
Visionary:
Translate big-picture ideas into plans, timelines, systems, and execution
Tech Stack Oversight:
