As the Operations Manager you will have the opportunity to grow with a forward moving organization whose focus is delivering high-quality ABA Therapy services with a focus on Caregiver Coaching, through a compassionate care approach. As the Operations Manager you are expected to be a self-starter with a growth mindset who possesses the ability to effectively grow the company, while inspiring team members, and maintaining adaptability and efficiency. The core areas of focus for the Operations Manager include: Operations Finance and Accounting Billing & Credentialing Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Work alongside company leadership to develop, grow, and scale the company from an operational and financial perspective Collaborate with the Finance Manager to execute high financial outcomes in revenue, profits, cash flow, and systems Manage and lead all staff in alignment with the company’s mission, values, and growth plan Set realistic quarterly and annual goals, and stretch goals, for growth and profitability Create effective measurement tools to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes and identify inefficiencies as they arise Lead the development and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes Collaborate with the CEO to create and implement streamlined and automated operational processes and company policy Foster a positive and supportive growth oriented culture while maintaining company policy, procedure, and guidelines with employees Other responsibilities include but are not limited to Coordination of Scheduling & Utilization of treatment hours Tracking & submitting therapist certifications, credentials, and compliance trainings Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention of additional therapists and management team members as the company grows Work with internal departments to implement in-house billing protocols and procedures including submission of claims, follow-up, patient invoicing, and reporting Metrics (KPIs) /
Success Measure By:
Utilization of client hours Completed client hours/week (attendance vs. cancellation utilization) Prescribed hours/client Company census AR paid per month Paid claims within 30 days (insurance) Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)
Management:
2 years experience
Finance & Accounting:
