Operations Manager In Training:
The job of our Operations Manager In Training is to ensure that our members receive exceptional service from a happy, friendly staff in a clean and well-maintained facility. Operations Managers In Training works with the current Operations Manager to hire, train, and supervise all fitness, babysitting and janitorial staff, resolve all membership issues, update past due accounts, manage payroll and supplies budget, and uphold company standards. The position is full time (40 hrs/week). Interest in health and fitness, strong customer service and phone skills, and the ability to pass a background check required. The manager in training position is meant to train and promote you to take over one of our health clubs in the Jacksonville area in 3-8 months. Once promoted to Club Operations Manager Work Schedule is M-F with weekends as necessary. This position is hourly with comission incentives. Schedule Mon-Tues- 9am-6pm Fri-Sun-8am-5pm Off-Wed/Thurs
