We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team at our Pensacola/Florida Panhandle location. We are looking for individuals that bring building materials (or related field) experience, positive energy and leadership skills, and the ability to make things happen. The Operations Manager will coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the lumber yard., including but not limited to: Manage and improve operational practices Allocate resources and materials to meet company and customer deadlines Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams Manage and motivate operations personnel, providing guidance and support Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in operations or other related fields Must have knowledge and experience in the lumber industry Strong project management skills Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Experience in a leadership role with strong leadership qualities Proficiency in using relevant software applications for data analysis and reporting, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, etc.
