weeks ago The Pensacola Ice Flyers are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Ticketing and Operations Coordinator to support game day operations, ticket sales, corporate partnership fulfillment. This full-time position plays a key role in providing an outstanding fan experience, both during games and throughout the season, and reports to the Director of Marketing and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing all aspects of game day operations, including fan engagement activities, promotions and event logistics.
Contribute to the strategic planning of theme nights, revenue-generating initiatives, in-game entertainment, and community outreach programs.
Drive group ticket sales through outreach to schools, businesses, non-profits, and other organizations.
Support corporate sales efforts by helping secure and fulfill corporate ticket packages and hospitality offerings.
Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of all corporate sponsorship deliverables related to in-game experiences and ticketing.
Coordinate ticketing elements for special events, including group nights, promotional nights, and community appearances.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align ticketing efforts with broader promotional campaigns.
Maintain detailed records of ticket sales, group sales contacts, and sponsorship fulfillment activities.
Provide exceptional customer service to all ticket buyers, group leaders, and corporate clients.
Assist in planning and executing off-site events designed to drive ticket sales and enhance community presence.
Help manage game day staff during game nights and special events as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in ticket sales, event operations, or a related field, preferably in sports or live entertainment.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with ticketing systems (experience with Ticketmaster or similar is a plus).
Ability to commit to all Ice Flyers game days and special events, with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays during the season.
Self-starter who is comfortable both working independently and collaborating with a team.

Preferred Skills:

Event planning or event management background.
Prior group sales or corporate sales experience.
CRM software experience Passion for sports and community engagement.
