Vice President, Global People Services Job Summary:
The Director, People Services Operations Performance works closely with the Sr. Vice President of Global People Services and the Executive Director Global Service Delivery to help run the People Services organization. This includes partnering with peer People Organization teams to drive the function’s annual planning and goal setting process, developing an engagement strategy to support high functioning relationships with business leaders and enabling functions peers, and ensuring internal People Services teams alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with PSLT members to formulate the people strategy and key priorities, ensuring alignment with business strategies and support demand planning Guide evaluation of service delivery key process indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve, monitor, and report on KPIs to drive operational excellence Lead development and execution of Quarterly People Services Reviews, partnering with PSLT peers Facilitate operational reviews that highlight progress and identify risks to the plan in order to drive greater team effectiveness Lead goal setting processes and guide prioritization Champion employee engagement initiatives Introduce and maintain team awareness of market intelligence, benchmarking Design and implement executive reporting for monthly briefings to senior leadership Develop the strategy and oversee content development for PS Service Delivery communications and marketing to ensure accurate and relevant knowledge is consumable Support external PS Branding and Employee Engagement via a social media (internal and external) presence for PS to not only promote the Employer Brand, specifically targeted at PS Experts, but to also increase employee engagement through the public celebration of BMS leading industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in operations management, preferable in HR shared services Demonstrated experience in leading large complex programs, and developing cross-functional (HR CoE’s, HR Services, Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, Treasury and Tax.) and corresponding multi-year roadmaps. Demonstrated experience in monitoring industry benchmarks, developing operational KPIs, conducting cost / benefits analysis, ROI, risks identification and corresponding dependencies. Demonstrated experience in leading/influencing across organizational units up, down and across organizational layers.
Skills:
Working knowledge of AI tools Master storyteller, using tools such CANVA and/or PowerPoint making complex/technical topics and making consumable for all audiences. Strong knowledge of KPI management, process improvement methodologies, and data analysis tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in using operational performance management software and tools. Strong understanding of market intelligence and benchmarking practices.
