Responsibilities Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and employee orientation to ensure a knowledgeable team. Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage inventory levels, including stock management, ordering supplies, and ensuring product availability. Analyze market trends to make informed decisions regarding pricing strategies and product selection. Collaborate with the assistant manager to implement effective merchandising strategies that enhance store presentation. Monitor sales performance and develop action plans to achieve sales targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and organized store environment. Foster a positive team culture that encourages employee engagement and development. Experience Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role within the retail industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and staff alike. Experience in inventory management, pricing strategies, and stock control. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse customers.
