As the Operations Manager for Cirkul, you will play a key role in guiding the plant’s operations team while ensuring safety, quality and production excellence. The OM will also be responsible for leading, coaching, developing and training. What does an average day look like?
Driving Results:
Manage and improve operational KPIs including safety, quality, production, cost, and staffing.
Taking Ownership:
Oversee operations team with a focus on continuous improvement and growth mindset.

Customer Focus:
Ensure that Cirkul’s safety, quality and production standards are being met to deliver a high-quality product to our customers every time. What background should you have? Four year degree in a related, business or technical field such as business, operations management, engineering, or the equivalent in experience. 5+ years of operations leadership in a high velocity manufacturing environment with roles of increasing responsibility. Demonstrated ability to make autonomous decisions with minimal guidance. Significant experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, Kaizen, autonomous maintenance and 5S implementation. Demonstrated ability to manage both salaried professionals and hourly production associates in executing complex, operational programs. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Willing to work hard, stay until the job is complete, and demonstrate resilience. Have a positive attitude, willing to work with multiple levels of employees, and thrive in a fast paced environment. What do we offer?
