Operations Manager The GOAT Plumbing Company Riverview, FL 33578 Overview The GOAT Plumbing Company is looking for a driven, experienced Operations Manager to lead our Tampa team and elevate our daily operations to the next level. This key leadership role is responsible for aligning field and office operations with our business strategy, driving performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure workflows are efficient and aligned with company goals Analyze and manage profit & loss statements to guide decision-making and improve financial performance Collaborate with the sales team to support growth strategies and revenue targets Lead strategic planning initiatives that support long-term business development and operational goals Identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery Supervise and mentor team members across departments, conducting regular performance reviews Manage projects from planning to execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met Contribute to market expansion by identifying new business opportunities and partnerships Support and engage in local outreach efforts that promote brand visibility and community goodwill Skills & Qualifications Proven leadership experience, preferably in home services or a related industry Strong understanding of P&L management and financial performance metrics Excellent project management skills, including delegation and follow-through Experience with business operations, workflow optimization, and strategic growth Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, team-oriented environment High attention to detail with a hands-on, proactive leadership style A passion for local impact and a heart for community connection Why Join Us?
