//www.amikids.org/Our-Careers/why-amikids/benefits What you will be doing : Provide direct supervision to Regional Directors and support Executive Directors and Program Managers to ensure consistency, compliance, and high performance across all AMIkids programs. Develop and optimize systems, workflows, and policies that improve service delivery, youth outcomes, and team efficiency. Align operations with AMIkids’ mission, strategic objectives, and contractual or regulatory standards. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Conduct site visits to assess program quality, operational efficiency, and team engagement. Support the recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and growth of regional leadership teams. Foster collaboration with internal teams (Program, Finance, HR, Compliance, Development) to ensure unified strategy and execution. Ensure programs meet or exceed requirements from accreditation and licensing bodies (COA, CARF, DCF, DJJ, PREA). Oversee fundraising strategies and support local events and community engagement efforts. Manage regional budgets with a focus on sustainability and strategic investment. Serve as a culture leader who inspires excellence, inclusivity, and alignment with AMIkids’ values. Travel as needed to support regional sites and initiatives. Contribute to organization-wide strategic planning and assist with special projects as needed. Minimum Education, Training and Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Social Work, Public Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred, Minimum of 7+years of progressive leadership experience in operations, preferably within a nonprofit or youth-serving organization, Experience managing multi-site or regional teams with strong results, • Knowledge of nonprofit service delivery frameworks, regulatory compliance, and quality enhancement practices, Experience with youth development, child welfare, juvenile justice, or education programs, regulatory requirements and accreditation bodies (e.g., COA, CARF, DCF, DJJ, PREA) preferred, Bilingual skills (Spanish or other relevant language) preferred If this role resonates with you, join the team and be a catalyst for change.
