Front Desk Lead and Group Coordinator – Outdoor Adventure Park Revolution Adventures Florida, LLC 4000 State Road 33, Clermont, FL 34714 At Revolution Adventures Florida LLC, we offer an exhilarating escape into the wild, providing unforgettable off-road experiences for thrill-seekers of all ages. From challenging ATV trails and mud bogs to scenic UTV tours and family-friendly / group events, we’re dedicated to delivering adventure with a focus on safety and exceptional guest service. We’re looking for someone to be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our operation, ensuring every guest’s journey begins and ends smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
As our Front Desk Lead and Group Coordinator , you’ll be the central hub of our park operations, responsible for:
Guest Experience Leadership:
Be the first point of contact for all guests, providing a warm welcome, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out process for rentals, tours, and park access. Go the extra mile to make every guest feel valued and excited for their adventure.
Team Supervision:
Lead, train, and mentor our front desk staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment. Oversee scheduling, performance, and daily tasks to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
Operational Excellence:
Manage all front office functions, including reservations, payments (POS), merchandise sales, and administrative tasks. Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth information flow between departments.
Problem Solving & Support:
Proactively address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with a friendly and effective approach. Assist with coordinating park events, group bookings, and special requests.
Park Knowledge & Promotion:
Develop a deep understanding of all park activities, trails, safety protocols, and amenities. Effectively communicate offerings and upsell additional experiences or merchandise.
Administrative Hub:
Manage office supplies, maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, and contribute to overall park efficiency. What You Bring to the
Team:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a front office, guest services, or hospitality management role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity. Experience in an attractions, recreation, or outdoor adventure setting is a huge plus!

A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a proven ability to handle diverse customer needs with professionalism and a smile.
Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Organizational Prowess:
Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Communication King/Queen:
Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with guests, staff, and management.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient with point-of-sale (POS) systems, reservation software, and standard office applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
Problem-Solver:
A resourceful and calm demeanor, able to quickly assess situations and implement effective solutions.
Flexibility:
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed, especially during peak seasons.
Adventure Mindset:
Enthusiasm for the outdoor adventure industry and a willingness to embrace the unique environment of an off-road park! Availability to work weekends and holidays. (
